I love this boy.
He is now 12 years old, and that doesn't even stop me from loving this boy.
He drives me crazy, and that doesn't stop me from loving this boy.
He is just too lovable.
I only took videos on his birthday, and blogger is not allowing me to post those...they are stupids.
Luckily, I have some beautiful photos of him from our family shoot.
I have always decorated the house for the kids' birthdays, and I did not do it this year for my Kermit. I thought he would say he was too old for that stuff, or be really annoyed that his mom still did kid stuff on his birthday, but he didn't, and he wasn't. He was rather disappointed. Which makes me quite happy.
My son is not too old to have the house decorated on his birthday!!!
I wanted to shout from the rooftops!
My video was of him opening his birthday present.
The only thing he wanted.
A tablet.
I wrapped it in many many boxes, so it was funny.
Because he had to just keep unwrapping things, and when you are a pre-teen, and you have a sneaking suspicion that your parents actually got you what you wanted, you do not want to laugh at your mom's hilarious joke of wrapping one box inside of another, inside of another, inside of another, inside of another, to get to the tablet box, and then it is not there because your mom is THAT clever. Then she makes you kiss her for it.
This is not funny at all
to a pre-teen.
But, I believe I have given him some clever ammunition to use when he has his own pre-teen.
Gads I love him.
Did I mention that?
