Basketball

So, this year, my Kermit tried out for a basketball team

We told him not to be upset if he didn't make it.  Nice things like, "you've never done this before", "it's no big deal", "you can try out again next year".

So when they called and told us he'd made it, we cheered way to much!

 He had games every Saturday from September to December, and I loved every minute.

They were not the best team, they were not the worst team.  But they were so fun to watch.

 I really really secretly hope he keeps playing.

He told me he can't wait to try out again next year.  It gives me butterflies just thinking about it.
