My friend Tricia and I decided we needed to get out and take our girlies to the zoo. Finally the weather is starting to be nice, so we decided this was a good idea.
This is London and Lydia (Tink and Sproink) in their safari wagon. Do you love the sunnies?
Here are the girls on a dinosaur-but he's just a baby dinosaur. I'm so glad I have Tink around to fill me in on the animals.

Here's Tink with the biggest tiger in the world (she told me so).
And Smalls with the cuddliest tiger in the world.
We were super excited to see the giraffes. See, Boise zoo isn't all that animal-y, and we just got these giraffes in 08. This was our first time seeing them. Tink was amazed at them, she kept asking me what noise a giraffe makes, I have no idea, so I told her they were as noisy as pumpkins-oddly enough, this seemed to satisfy her.
I heart this picture.
We survived, we made it through all the tunnels and monkey cages and bears, and leopards, over the bridges, past the water, straight through 2 meltdowns-they were hilarious. Sproink has begun making a wookie noise when she's ticked and it was cracking me up. It turned out to be a really good day, thanks Crist!

I have always loved going to the Zoo--especially with little kids. I wish I could have been there with you and the girls. Tink is so smart--"What noise do giraffes make? is such a great question. That story of Kermit is the best ever! I think I've said this before but you are the cutest Mom. I want to be a cool, fun Mom like you! Your little Tink is to die for. Seriously! That girl is the cutest. I love her picture with the giraffes.
