So, the other day I noticed Smalls bringing the step stool out of the kids' bathroom, at first I thought, "Oh good, more stuff I get to clean up later."
Then I noticed her face...this was a toddler on a mission.
She brought the footstool into the kitchen and set it down.
Then she pushed it right to where she wanted it.
See her lining it up.
She got on the other side of it and started pushing it toward the counter.
As soon as she pulled herself up onto the stool, I understood this journey she was on.
Smart girl.

What a Miss Smarty! Of course, all of your kids are very bright. They take after their mom, right? What I can't believe is that your camera was right there so you could capture the moment. Last year when I was just getting in my car after shopping at Reams, all of a sudden 4 police cars came screeching to a halt, hemming me in so I couldn't leave. About a dozen officers were brandishing their guns and yelling, "Get out of your car!" "Get down on the ground." To my relief they hauled 2 people out of the car right in front of me. I would have made the best blog post, but , alas, I had no camera.

What an amazing scene of events! I love it so much... My husband hides Symphony bars from me in the butter dish compartment on the fridge door, cause I knows I am too short to see up there! Thank you "Smalls" for the idea, I am going to get my step stool RIGHT NOW!!!

She is hilarious! That girl is a genius!
I have pictures of Maddy when she was just about that size, sneaking the caramels out of the cupboard at Christmas. And later, I caught one of Ruby on a bar stool eating all of Maddy's whoppers out of her closet.
