This is so stinking late! Congratulations Baby!
Here he is, my big boy! My E (whom I shall now refer to as Kermit-I am diggin' the nickname thing). This was his Kindergarten graduation, each child got to go to the front of the classroom and say who they are and what they want to be when they grow up. Kermit wants to be an astronaut, that picture is of him in his astronaut attire. I like what they've done with their uniforms...
My little first grader! Here're Kermit with his Kindergarten teacher, isn't she just the cutest thing ever? Like right out of a romantic comedy (aren't the girls always some kind of teacher in those movies?) Too cute, we love her and we're gonna miss her!
Kermit and Ms. A. She's the coolest, she volunteered all year long-brave woman, and the kids all adored her. Luckily, she will move up to 1st grade with everyone, now we just have to try to be in her daughter's class again.
Kermit and G-man. These 2 are insane together, it's like throwing Mentos into Diet Coke (if you've never done that, oh-you gotta do it). We love these crazy boys, they just grow up too fast.
We had to go out and celebrate Kindergarted style! We went and got an ice cream at this cute little place, Kermit is now a big fan of Huckleberry ice cream (I think it's Aunt Marisa's influence-nice one M).

L (whom I shall now refer to as Tink) followed suit and ordered Huckleberry as well, they both loved it, it was pretty yummers I gotta admit.
We had a great last day of school, sorry I'm so late posting it, I know you've all been on the edge of your seats. I now have a first grader, what the junk?

Thanks for the photos of the kids. E. looks so grown up. I have never tasted Huckleberry ice cream, so they have one up on their Bachan. With the price of gas going up the way it is, this may be the only way I can watch them grow up. Computers are wonderful.
Yeah for Ethan! Isn't it crazy how big they get! Makes me sad. Tyler will be in preschool this year, I can't believe it. Never had huckleberry ice cream, I will have to give it a try.
You have a first grader - when did Kermit decide to grow up. Love that you gave them all cute nicknames. I think I might just have to follow that.
Thanks for the birthday phone call. Love you and miss you guts!
Way to go Kermit!
How is the baby growing?
They grow up too fast:( Kermit is such a handsome guy and you are a fabulous beautiful mom. How you feeling? LOL
Hey you cuties!
Give Ethan a big congrats and a hug from us! Karli is gonna do the kindergarten thing...it's so much harder to be a parent through all of this than to be the actual teacher! It's so emotional. I recently heard a sermon and prayer that suggested to trust God to care for your children. I have been able to do this for Steve and I and it has been such a relief to trust that things are as they should be - that things will work out! It's a bit harder to let go of things for my kids. But, what an amazingly freeing feeling that is..to just go with the flow instead of trying to form the rivers! I am working on it.
Sage asks to talk to "Aunt Nickie" on the phone seriously every single day since you were here...we gotta call you! How neat is that?
Love to yous...
