She's Here!

We have a baby!!!
Look at this precious little thing! She is like the most beautiful thing on the planet! I looooove newborn babies, I am salivating just looking at her. Not like I would eat her, it's just that-well, look at her!
This picture just makes me cry, what a baby! Me-not her, although she is a baby.
Every new mama knows this picture. I did not look this good in any of my new mama pictures- stinkin D, lookin all pretty already. Note to Sassy: It's okay to be ugly sometimes, sheesh!Seriously, how totally precious is that? How can you see love like that and ever question if there is a God in Heaven?
I love you and your sweet little family!

Well, it's not the Pop Tarts

Our little Smalls, is not so small anymore. She's not quite 18 months and I can put her into 3T crap. She's my little chunka monka, I love it personally. However, I have had some people make comments on her little chubbiness -which I LOVE!-not the comments, the chubbiness.
I can tell you from this experience, it is not the Pop Tarts.
Do you see what she does with them? She just sort of performs an autopsy on them.
I don't think anyone has ever done this during an autopsy, but there you go. That's probably all of the pop tart she actually ate. Not nearly enough to make her thighs look the way they do-which I heart!Anyway, I love my chubby bubby, so please no more comments unless it's about how much you love her too.
WORD from her mutha!
PS They're not comments I get on my blog, you are all very nice on my comments on my blog, these are comments people make to my face! Can you believe it? To my face!!! I'm not naming names-but psh....To my face!

Like Riding a Bike

So, this weekend I got to go to Smithfield and ride in Little Red with my sister. It was a lot of fun, and bum still hurts a little.
The race started in Shirt's living room....just kidding!
We are just being fitted to our bikes so our knees don't hurt so bad. B and their neighbor Bert (right bottom corner) are super bike guys! They know everything about bikes and how they should fit you, so good for me because I know nothing about bikes except -picture me rollin'.
This is Shirt with her cute neighbor's wife-who is also cute herself-they are just a very cute couple. She has purple in her hair! It looks so cute, (a lot of cuteness happening this weekend). I think she's inspired me to put a non-hair color color into my hair just for a little while. Can you imagine? My kids would think I was the coolest-what am I saying, they probably think that already.

This was our first stop, I think we were 20 miles in at this point, and we look so tough-kinda tough. Who am I kidding? Shirt could kick my butt.
She looks tough and I look, well, like that. Sittin' there doing her bike thing. Cute pink handle bars huh? B did that.
Look at my leg! I don't know how I did that. Must be chains on that bike or somethin'.
Me and Pat and lunch time, I so should have eaten more, and played on the playground a little more.
After almost passing out from not eating enough at lunch we finally did cross the finish line. We accomplished 60 miles this year. Shirt could have gone a lot longer, she could probably ride her bike up to my house, but she hung out with my sorry sore bum and did the 60 with me.
I love this girl.
This is us rockin' our paper crowns. Can I get a woot woot!
And this is the bike that got me through it all. Isn't she a beaut'?
And now it truly was time to pass out.
****
2 days later we were feeling back to normal again, and it happened to be my birthday, so these 2 took me to dinner at Cafe Sabore (you gotta roll the r at the end, it's much cooler that way). It was so much fun. Look at them, aren't they just so cute you wanna pinch their cheeks? I love B's smile, he's as nice as he looks in this pic too. And he got stuck with my crazy sis'. They are perfect for each other.
Love you guys!!!
What's that you're wondering about? That adorable drink next to Shirt...
It's a PINK ZEBRA!!! Like the one from last year. It is a tradition to go along with Little Red, we must have our zebras.
And this is just before I had to go. Isn't she so cute?
Here she is with her cute puppies, they are so sweet.
And one for the road. Right before I had to get in the car and go away.
And then I got in the car and this is what I saw. She is so sad that I'm leaving... But I was the one who cried, I am such a baby!
We had a ton of fun together watching SYTYCD and laughing until our tummies hurt, making cake, eating way too much crap, sleeping late and staying up late, beading, zumba-ing, shopping, eating crap, laughing some more. It was just too much fun.
Thank you for letting me come stay with you B and Shirt! I love you guys way more than you can imagine, and that's a lot.
For more information on this post, visit Shirt's blog from my sidebar. It's the one that says "Shirt".
I don't know how to do that instant click thing and then you're there.
Okay, done.

Okay

I know it's been forever since I blogged, I will not bore you with all the details of why not, I'll just move onto the most recent of our adventures. Tink has turned 5, and if you'll notice, her party consisted of mainly boys-should I be worried? They all love her too. There's one boy at preschool who tells her every time I pick her up, "I'll miss you 'Tink'", and she says in passing, "Yeah, I'll miss you too." It actually sounds more like "yemishyouto". She's so unaware of her adoring fans. I hope to keep it that way until she is out of high school and well into college.Okay, I love this picture of her getting a rainbow dress, this is exactly how we would all react at getting a rainbow dress right? Love it.
Originally these balloons were for the party-Tinks party, but Smalls fell in love with them immediately and, lucky for us, Tink was in a sharing mood so Smalls got to tote them all around the house with her for hours and hours and hours.
Okay, this is the money shot! Look at that bikini babe! She looks so stinking adorable in this thing, and look at her working the runway. I hope your computer will let you make this picture bigger, it's absolutely stunning. Could you die? I love this baby and her big old kegger of a belly, I just eat it, she is absolutely delicious!
And let us not forget that Tink graduated Preschool, she has moved on from Busy Bees and is officially a Kindergartener. Dang, life is going to stink without Miss Janet. I'm sure she'll be thrilled to know that Tink plans on visiting her all summer to play in her backyard (she doesn't want Miss Janet to miss her too much).
Kermit is doing swell, he's still just scouting along, they had the Pinewood Derby the other night, I will try to post pictures eventually, he looks soooo cute in all that scout junk!
Over and out.

Gotcha ;)

Kermit: Mom, why does Smalls fall down so much? She should just be able to walk by now right.
Me: Well, it takes babies a while to find their balance, she'll get it.
Kermit: Did you know that your balance function comes from you brain, it's called the cerebrum?
Me: Wow, mister smarty pants!
Kermit: Yeah, that's where all your brain worms are.

Eye Heart You!

Tink got to bring some lovely sunnies home from preschool, they have been a big hit around here. I loved that Smalls actually kept them on for a picture, and then continued to wear them.
And of course I had to have a pic of Tink wearing these babies, she looks smashing!
I know, I didn't think he'd dig 'em at all and then, that night, I caught him wearing them around all "cool-like".
Just kidding! He was so mad at me that I took a picture of him wearing these things, it took some major bribing to get him to put them on. I told him I would give him a big surprise if he would let me take his picture in them. Guess what his big surprise was....I great big kiss from me! I know that made him hap hap happy.
I love these guys, thanks for being a good sport Kermit!

For Shirt.

This is an elephant. Cute huh. Here's Kermit's little turtle. Kicking it on a coin.

I MADE A FREAKIN BUNNY!!!
And they're all friends.
Here's a little cupcake smiling at you.
I have made the transition, overnight, to granny.
And there she blows, my purse given to me by my ever-so-thoughtful hubby.
Please note: this post was intended for the blog author's sister, although all are invited to share in this post, it's really for her we have too many conversations about stuff that we say "You have to see this!" So, now I'm showing her all the stuff she "has to see".
I hope this was enjoyable for all who looked at it.
