So, this weekend I got to go to Smithfield and ride in Little Red with my sister. It was a lot of fun, and bum still hurts a little.
The race started in Shirt's living room....just kidding!
We are just being fitted to our bikes so our knees don't hurt so bad. B and their neighbor Bert (right bottom corner) are super bike guys! They know everything about bikes and how they should fit you, so good for me because I know nothing about bikes except -picture me rollin'.
This is Shirt with her cute neighbor's wife-who is also cute herself-they are just a very cute couple. She has purple in her hair! It looks so cute, (a lot of cuteness happening this weekend). I think she's inspired me to put a non-hair color color into my hair just for a little while. Can you imagine? My kids would think I was the coolest-what am I saying, they probably think that already.
This was our first stop, I think we were 20 miles in at this point, and we look so tough-kinda tough. Who am I kidding? Shirt could kick my butt.
She looks tough and I look, well, like that.
Sittin' there doing her bike thing. Cute pink handle bars huh? B did that.
Look at my leg! I don't know how I did that. Must be chains on that bike or somethin'.
Me and Pat and lunch time, I so should have eaten more, and played on the playground a little more.
After almost passing out from not eating enough at lunch we finally did cross the finish line. We accomplished 60 miles this year. Shirt could have gone a lot longer, she could probably ride her bike up to my house, but she hung out with my sorry sore bum and did the 60 with me.
And this is the bike that got me through it all. Isn't she a beaut'?
And now it truly was time to pass out.
It's a PINK ZEBRA!!! Like the one from last year. It is a tradition to go along with Little Red, we must have our zebras.
And this is just before I had to go. Isn't she so cute?
Here she is with her cute puppies, they are so sweet.
And one for the road. Right before I had to get in the car and go away.
And then I got in the car and this is what I saw. She is so sad that I'm leaving... But I was the one who cried, I am such a baby!
We had a ton of fun together watching SYTYCD and laughing until our tummies hurt, making cake, eating way too much crap, sleeping late and staying up late, beading, zumba-ing, shopping, eating crap, laughing some more. It was just too much fun.

I love this girl.
This is us rockin' our paper crowns. Can I get a woot woot!
2 days later we were feeling back to normal again, and it happened to be my birthday, so these 2 took me to dinner at Cafe Sabore (you gotta roll the r at the end, it's much cooler that way). It was so much fun. Look at them, aren't they just so cute you wanna pinch their cheeks? I love B's smile, he's as nice as he looks in this pic too. And he got stuck with my crazy sis'. They are perfect for each other.
Love you guys!!!
What's that you're wondering about? That adorable drink next to Shirt...
Thank you for letting me come stay with you B and Shirt! I love you guys way more than you can imagine, and that's a lot.

Holy superwoman! 60 miles? Geez.. I can't even walk that far. You look amazing- glad you had a good time. Happy Birthday! :) Loves!
First of all, B is not that nice. I would know, he's the one who "tooted" in my face on his way up the bunkbed ladder. Ask him about it, he'll start laughing hysterically.
Second, I already looked at Shirt's blog. (She is faster) I am bit jealous of your sister relationship. My sister is.... questionable.
You two are cute as 2 buttons in a button patch. I don't envy your sore bum bum but I do wish I were there for all the rest of the fun.
Ps I forgot, you could totally rock the crazy colored hair. My friend had hot pink and purple when she was the primary "singing lady". I can't spell choirister, I think.
I am glad you and Shirt had so much fun and that you could stay for several days.
I stole a bunch of photos off of your blog... and man oh man, what puppies should your followers look at? my cleave is rockin' in that photo with me and the dogs! i miss you way too much, or perhaps just the right amount of missage. i just love you like crazy and can't wait until next year to do the ride again... but we must get together way more and sooner than next years ride. i think coming up in october for light up the night will have to happen! anyway, i love you like crazy and miss you even more. love the memories we have!
what an awesome way to bring in your 32 Birthday! Love you. Sorry I haven't called yet! I suck!
I am jealous you got to do this! You are awesome. I hope to one day be able to do this! You are amazing!
I love you and did I mention how beautiful you are? WEll you are!@
You just crack me up! I TOTALLY want to try a pink zebra! That is soooo cute! Pink hair it is! I think you might be my sista from another mista too cuz I love SYTYD, eating crap and zumba-ing too! I'm glad you had a sweet birthday, great job on the bike race!!!!
It was your birthday? It sucks to have a husband who is completely unaware of goings on in his family! So...belated happy birthday.
